• post call, if we can accommodate your wedding date, an estimate will be provided

• if the estimate meets your expectations, we will process an invoice for you to pay the 50% deposit to secure the date, as well as an initial contract

• a final details call will follow two to three months prior to your date, to cover all the nitty gritty

• a final amended contract will be emailed capturing any additions or changes mutually agreed upon

• two months prior to your date, final guest count will be required

• one month prior to your date, Square (our processing system) will remind you that your final payment is due

a 50% deposit at the time of booking will save the date

10% of the entire booking is non-refundable

the remainder is due one month before the event date

changes to guest count are allowed up to one month before event date

a 3.5% processing fee is added to online transactions

20% gratuity is added to the invoice

additional contractual agreements should be reviewed before signing

all estimates will reflect the clients choices, as well as:

catering + labor fee

20% gratuity

3.5% processing fee

and, any applicable taxes

exclusively for buffet-style service | family-style service is inclusive

includes:

• setting the tables | tablescape design + rentals incur an added fee

• table-side water service throughout the meal

• bussing tables after the meal

other add-ons:

• wedding cake (or other dessert) cutting + plating

• tablescape design + set-up

• rentals

• bartending
