Alexis Saghie
Entrepreneur, traveler, and food-lover, Alexis Saghie, was inspired to provide local farm-to-table meals to connect the local community to new recipes, pairings, and curate elevated gatherings.
Prior to starting Farm to Fingers, she worked internationally at an inter-governmental organization in Paris, France.
Simultaneously, she earned her Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Humanitarian Health. Her passion lies in working with refugees in disaster and displaced settings. she hopes to one day integrate her passion for the culinary world with her passion for work in the field.

Our desire is to incorporate local produce and products into our catering services, so that you and your guests are eating in-season, farm-derived meals.
We have a love, love relationship with the outdoors and travel, allowing us to bridge our design, event rentals, and menu that reflects the heartiness of Colorado with the timeless beauty around the world.
We are intentional in working with each client from the start, valuing your dreams and details. While Farm to Fingers has grown, we still pride ourselves on the one-on-one calls, personal cards, and timely responses from our team to you.

Yes, we love branching out from our regular menu to create a custom menu! We also have decór galore and can provide design services to accommodate a specific theme for your event.

Our cancellation policy varies based on the timeline leading up to the event and is outlined in all our contracts that are sent to our clients. We encourage clients to communicate any changes as early as possible to discuss options and potential refunds.

Yes, we have experience catering outdoor events (we love the outdoors!). Our team will work with you to plan logistics and ensure a seamless catering experience, regardless of the venue.

Our team is trained to handle unexpected situations professionally. We have contingency plans in place to address issues promptly and ensure the event runs smoothly.

Depending on the timeline and time of booking, we will conduct a Final Details Call or communicate via email to gather all details for set-up, serving, tear-down, menu selections, cocktail selections, rental selections, and so-forth. Farm to Fingers responds in a timely manner and will ensure all questions are answered via email or phone leading up to your event. You will also receive your final invoice to pay your remaining balance and ensure your guest count is accurate one-month to one-week in advance, depending on your event.

No matter the event, big or small, 2 guests to 350+ guests, we’ve got you covered! We cater a wide range of events including: weddings, adventure elopements, corporate events, local charitable events, birthdays, anniversaries, celebration of life/funerals, and more. Our team is experienced in catering for both intimate gatherings and professional occasions. We travel near and far and accommodate all Southwest Colorado, and even venture into Moab! Not sure on your location in Colorado, send us a note. Likely, we can travel there!

Yes, we understand the importance of catering to diverse dietary needs. Our menu includes options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions. We work closely with clients to ensure everyone's needs are met.

It's recommended to book our services at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for larger events. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. For smaller events, 1-2 weeks in advance is acceptable.

Yes, we offer tasting sessions for our clients to sample our menu items during our off-season, and within reason. These tastings are $125/person, and we will waive the fee if you book with us. Contact our team to schedule a tasting!

Our catering service includes: professional staff arriving with ample time to set-up event rentals (if applicable) and catering equipment, providing timely hors d'oeuvres and serving of the buffet-style, family-style, or plated dinner, as well as serving any alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included in our bartending services (if applicable).

Our Elevated Service Package is exclusive to buffet-style and includes: filling water glasses throughout the evening and bussing all dishware after the meal to ensure all event rentals are tidy for the rental company or Farm to Fingers’ staff to pick-up.
