the process
To schedule an initial catering consult, fill out our inquiry form, and we will be in touch to set-up a phone consultation and send over our questionnaire. Post-call, an estimate will be provided, if we can accommodate your event. If the estimate meets your expectations, we will process an invoice for you to pay a 50% deposit (10% non-refundable) to secure the date, as well as sign an initial contract.
A final details call will follow to cover all the nitty gritty. A final amended contract will be emailed capturing any additions or changes mutually agreed upon, and a final invoice will be sent.
Depending on your event type, a final guest count will be required between one month to two weeks prior to your event date in order for us to update your invoice accordingly. You will then receive a final payment reminder from HoneyBook (our processing system) indicating that your final payment is due.
For weddings + events
We offer buffet-style, family-style, and plated dinner.
+ 50% deposit at the time of booking will save the date
+ 10% of the entire booking is non-refundable
+ 3.5% processing fee is added to online transactions
+ 20% gratuity is added to the final invoice
+ Contractual agreements should be reviewed before signing

+ 15% Non-Refundable Damage Waiver for Rentals

The client will be charged $45/hr/bartender + the charge of the bar service based upon guest count we budget one hour for set-up and one hour for tear-down on either end of service.
